IMPORTANT: Users must ensure their phone numbers are registered in an Agency Account on the Beacon Emergency Dispatch platform to receive incident alerts from their response agency.

ABOUT BEACON 
Beacon functions as a dispatch platform catered to emergency and crisis response agencies looking to enhance communication protocols. Developed by Trek Medics International, Beacon facilitates emergency dispatch operations in areas with mobile phone coverage, transmitting requests for emergency assistance to the nearest responders seamlessly, regardless of internet connectivity. The cloud-based emergency coordinating system streamlines both automated and manual dispatch processes by assisting responders in swiftly locating, treating, and transporting emergency victims.

The Beacon mobile app represents a notable improvement over the Beacon SMS interface, delivering an enhanced user experience for smartphone users. Key features include:
